🖥️ Order Processing
We strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible. We ask our customers to allow 2-5 days for order processing before your item is shipped. We do not ship on weekends or UK holidays.
🕒 Delivery Times
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our domestic or international shipping options, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number (if applicable). This email is automated, so please check your spam folder. If you have questions about the whereabouts of your package after it has shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as we do not have access to packages once they leave our warehouse. 45 Original is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit.
💰 Shipping Costs
All our orders are sent out using Tracked and/or Signed Royal Mail services and include the relevant level of insurance.
Please note that shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, and any additional charges must be paid by the customer (excluding the United States - see below).
45 Original has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.
Shipping to EU and EEA Countries
We offer Royal Mail International Tracked on all EU and EEA orders; duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer/buyer, and the amount of these is decided by the country's own Customs Department. For further information, please check with your local postal office.
🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States
Everything is shipped via Royal Mail using their International Tracked service, and you'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
📦 Shipping Costs
We will charge a flat rate of £20 per order (which is approximately $27) for U.S. parcels. This covers postage, customs handling, and ensures your order arrives safely.
💰 Customs & Import Duties
Customs and import duty charges are prepaid by 45 Original, and covered in our shipping charge, so you won’t have to pay anything extra when your order arrives.
🕒 Delivery Times
Parcels usually take a maximum of 7-14 working days to arrive. Sometimes customs can cause short delays, but we will always send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

The price you see at checkout is the final price, and shipping, handling, and duties are all taken care of on my end.
