Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Times

We strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible. We ask our customers to allow 2-5 days order processing before your item is shipped. We do not ship on weekends or UK holidays. 
 
Delivery Times

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our domestic or international shipping options, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. 
 
Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number (if applicable). This email is automated so please check your spam folder. If you have questions about the whereabouts of your package after it has shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly as we do not have access to packages once they leave our warehouse. 45 Original is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. 
 
Shipping Costs

All our orders are sent out using Royal Mail services and includes the relevant level of insurance. 

Please note that shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax and any additional charges must be paid by the customer.
